On the market

Our realtor came by yesterday & we decided on a timeline, price for our house and what we needed to do to get it ready to sell. Mostly, we need to declutter. We need to take the stuff that we had been too lazy to do anything with to the crawlspace (baby swing, exersaucer, baby gym) and move the rocking chair and the toybox to the boys room. Other than that, we are getting the carpets cleaned & stretched and touching up the paint. We decided to have the carptes done right after we leave to come home. Jane, our realtor, will have a key and let them in. Then, the house will be unofficially on the market and available for other realtors in her office to show while we're gone. It will officially go up on March 31. She also priced it a little higher than we expected, so we were happy with that and it will help us with a downpayment in Vegas. Other than that boring news, the boys are still sick. Tucker has a nasty runny nose and a really wet cough. Braylen has a crusty nose and a dry, hacky cough. They both are sleeping well, even though they are coughing all night, but they're not eating. It's snowing here today & I have to go to work in a few hours. Sorry, not much to tell...
