HALFWAY!

We are halfway done with this deployment...did you hear what I said?  WE MADE IT TO HALFWAY!!!!  Yes, we still have around 90 days (give or take a week or so) until he is actually home, but it's all downhill from here.  We have gotten over the hump & I am so excited.  We have had our share of deployment problems but so far, it's nothing major.  We've had a dead battery (in Corby's car so it's sitting dead in the driveway), a suspected gas leak (just a false alarm), a busted up head for Tucker (he's very proud of his glue) & 3 ear infections in a month for Kincaid. We have survived our first Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's, & most of our birthday's without daddy.  Skype has been a lifesaver & I think Kincaid thinks his daddy lives in the computer.  He will walk up to it or climb on the chair & yell "DADADADADADA".  He is always excited to see daddy on the webcam.  So, here's to halfway & I can't wait for the last half to fly by :)
