Birthday's are fun, even at my age

We have had a rough week. Corby had to go to the bomb range on Monday & wasn't sure if he would be home late that night or sometime on Tuesday. Tucker had a slight fever before bed, but I gave him some Motrin & to bed they went. Tuck woke up about 1, crying, with a fever of 103. So, we spent the next 5 hours in my bed with the fan on & a cold cup of juice. Corby didn't make it back that night, so we were both exhausted the next day. Tucker seemed to be feeling better, so I'm hoping it's just his molars coming in. Tuesday, we tried to catch up on our sleep, & we needed it. Wednesday night, Bray woke up at 1 (seems to be the witching hour) throwing up. He was up 3 times between 1 & 5 & Corby & I had multiple clean-ups. Thursday morning, he was feeling a little better, but didn't eat anything. The boys took good naps & I took one too. When they woke up, it was my turn. Why is it that you can be sick multiple times in one night when your 2 & your back to normal a few hours later, but when your 27, one time totally takes it out of you? So, I was sent to bed when Corby came home & was asleep before 8. Friday, I felt much better. It seemed to be a 12 hr bug. Corby had arranged a babysitter for Friday nite & we went to dinner at Macaroni Grill & saw Four Christmases. We had a nice time out & it was nice that everyone was feeling better after our rough week. Saturday, the boys woke up at 5 am. I'm seriously wondering what time the babysitter put them to bed! I did some shopping while Corby played with the boys. Corby went shopping with the boys on Saturday nite & I went to a Lia Sophia Jewelery party that one of the girls from the squadron was having. It was nice to get together with them & meet a few more people. This morning, I turned 28...not 30 Kasey...I still have a few more years! All the boys took me out for breakfast at Blueberry Hill (if your in Vegas, you have to try it). We had a fun morning at home & the boys gave me their present (Corby had already got me 2 Coach purses about a month ago). The boys got me a new cell phone! Corby even put them down for a nap & I got to go pick it out myself & finish up our shopping for the boys. This afternoon, we hung out & played & I have had a wonderful birthday.
