We took a 3+ week trip to STL over Christmas. It was wonderful. My dad flew out to help me fly there & was able to spend about 5 days here before we left. Patrick & Melissa were in town for Patrick to graduate Weapons School & we were able to grab a birthday dinner & Nine Fine Irishmen, home of the most amazing Mac & Cheese I've ever tasted. We flew to STL & the boys were fabulous, but of course, I expected nothing less from my little travelers ;). We enjoyed SNOW & sledding & hot chocolate & Christmas with the family & it was a WONDERFUL trip. We flew home alone & all 3 boys were asleep by the time we were 45 minutes into the flight. It was marvelous.

This is just some of the snow...we had lots more on Christmas Eve & lots more fun sledding
Tucker's 4th birthday was a week after we came home & we had a nice little birthday party for him today & invited a few friends to Pump It Up, a local bouncy-type place, then back to the house for pizza & cake. Tucker is doing well. He has grown in height & gained a little weight & is perfect on the growth chart. I can't believe he's getting so big!

Braylen is still going to PreK & LOVING it! I never thought he would hate school, but had no idea he would love it this much. He is doing great & can write his name & enjoys doing his homework everyweek. We have an appt to get a referral for speech evaluation for him next week just to make sure he's not falling behind. I understand him clearly but his teacher said he gets a little difficult to understand at times. Since he's starting K in the fall, we want to make sure he's doing what he should.

Kincaid is walking...& waving...& clapping...& occasionally blowing kisses...& climbing...& eating me out of house & home! I thought the big boys were bad...he has become a little eating machine! He had an upper GI in November & that came back normal, so his anatomy is not to blame for his reflux. He has a Gastric Emptying Study scheduled for the end of the month to see if his belly is just emptying too slowly & that's why he spits up so much. He continues to be on Zantac for now & we may be adding a new med depending on what this study shows. He is currently on ABX for his 1st ear infection...he's definitely a Carlson! He has lasted the longest without an ear infection, but we were not surprised in the least.

Braylen & Tucker got bikes for Christmas & I can't wait for all the fun we will have once they are more comfortable riding them :)

We decided to buy Braylen & Tucker a Wii as a combo birthday gift & they are loving it. It's fun to watch them learn new things & I laugh at how red Tucker's cheeks get as he sword fights with Braylen...it's a workout! I am also enjoying playing Super Mario Bros with them...it takes me back to the original Nintendo days & reminds me of how much fun it was.

I can't believe how big the boys are getting! I'm so jealous that David gets to see them!
