Catching Up: Cali

Corby came home from Iraq & we have been BUSY!  It has been one trip after another.  A few days after he got home, we took a trip to California.  We are moving soon & there is a good possibility we won't be on the West Coast again, so we wanted to take advantage of the location & time off & see some of the sights.  Our first stop was Sequoia National Park.  The drive up was BEAUTIFUL...orchards, rivers, waterfalls, huge rocks & trees.  There was so much green & the air was so fresh, it was amazing.  We spent an afternoon there because, even though it was beautiful, little boys get bored of big tree after big tree.

this sign seems innocent...then we saw 5 bears!
