Another big boy

My belly has been measuring just a tiny bit big during this whole pregnancy.  With the boys, I measured right on or just a little small the whole time & we all know how big they were!  At my appt on Friday, at 36 weeks, I measured 39.5cm...3.5 weeks ahead.  The Dr wanted to get an ultrasound to check his weight just in case I went into labor on my own...we all know if I have another 8+lb baby, it's got to be a c-section.  The earliest appt the base had was after Kincaid will be born, so I went off base.  Corby was off today, so we made a day of it & took the boys to the Children's Museum.  They love it & we have a membership that was up for renewal, so we went to play for a few hours.  After a lunch at Pizza Hut (Braylen's choice), we went to the ultrasound.  Corby was going to keep the boys in the car but they had a tropical fish tank in the waiting room, so they all came in with me......until I was called back & Braylen had a meltdown because I left.  So Corby drove the boys around & the fell asleep & I went in alone.  Kincaid weighed 5lbs 14oz on the ultrasound, but it can be off by a pound.  He could be anywhere between 5 & 7 lbs, but I'm leaning more toward 6 to 7 lbs.  By the time he is born in 10 days, he will most likely be over 7 lbs at less than 38 weeks.  He is following in his brother's footsteps.  I have another NST tomorrow & after that, I only have 2 more appts before the amnio & c-section.  I keep telling myself that I really should have a few weeks left after these 10 days, but I can't help but feeling SO ready for him to be here & healthy!  I can't wait for these next 10 days to go by.  Mom comes in a week from tomorrow & Dad will be here a week from Wednesday.  Corby will still have to work Red Flag, but should be able to be with me for the important parts....go by fast 10 days!!!
